Books, Books, and the e-readers that support them
I am a little behind here, thanks to the Yucaipa Library’s closure, but Overdrive is here. What is overdrive? Simply put a subscription service that makes available some downloadable ebooks and audio books. I say some, for the library must still purchase a copy as it does in the physical sense.
However, e-reading(or as I like to call it reading) is here. Read novels on your phone? Check? Your PC/Mac? Check. Your Nook? Check. Your Sony E-reader? Check. Kindle—well not yet. And all you happy kindle owners can get excited about kindle public library borrowing is coming soon.
